Where do you ship?

We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Here is a list of countries where we currently ship:

How much does the shipping cost?

  • Canada : 10,95 CAD$ + 2,50 CAD$ per additional item
  • USA : 6,59 CAD$ + 3,05 CAD$ per additional item
  • Europe : 6,59 CAD$ + 1,90 CAD$ per additional item
  • UK : 6,19 CAD$ + 1,90 CAD$ per additional item
  • EFTA States : 12,59 CAD$ + 1,40 CAD$ per additional item
  • Australia / New Zealand : 8,99 CAD$ + 1,65 CAD$ per additional item
  • Brazil : 5,69 CAD$ + 3,15 CAD$ per additional item
  • Worldwide : 15,19 CAD$ + 9,00 CAD$ per additional item

When will I receive my order?

In general, it takes 3 to 7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. Shipping time depends on where you live but generally takes between 10 and 20 business days.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We work with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities all over the world.

Will I be charged customs duties for my order?

Additional customs fees and taxes may apply to international orders. These charges are not under our control and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country. Please check directly with your local customs office to find out if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, we invite you to help us by proceeding as follows:

  • Check that the delivery address is correct in the shipment confirmation e-mail
  • Ask your local post office if they have your parcel
  • Drop in on your neighbors in case the courier has left the parcel with them

If the delivery address was correct and the parcel was not dropped off at the post office or your neighbor’s, please contact us, quoting your order number.

If you have found an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.


How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand company. They have locations all over the world, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by e-mail when your order is shipped. If you have any questions regarding the tracking or shipping of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I have received an incorrect/damaged product. What should I do?

We’re sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this problem quickly, please contact us at [email protected] within a few weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other details about your order. We will propose a solution as soon as possible.


What is your returns policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if something is wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. In this case, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort it out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re not sure which size would fit you best, check out our sizing charts – we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Although rare, it is possible that an item you have ordered may have been mislabeled. In this case, please inform us at [email protected] within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new item or refund your money!

Return Policy

All claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice a problem concerning the products or any other element of the order, please submit a problem report.

When the print shop receives a returned shipment, a notification email is sent to us and we contact you to discuss re-shipment. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier service, the shipment will be returned to the printer. We will be informed and will contact you to update the address and discuss the cost of reshipment, if applicable.


Unclaimed items will be returned to the printer, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
